1) WHAT PROBLEM WERE YOU LOOKING TO SOLVE WITH TEXT RECRUITING SOFTWARE?

Rachel: As a Recruiter at Waterway, I recruit and select candidates applying for hourly or management positions.I typically conduct up to 20 phone interviews per day. We were having little to no success conducting phone interviews efficiently by just picking up the phone and calling a candidate. We knew we had to find a more efficient process to quickly schedule same-day phone interviews with applicants for hourly positions.

Rachel: What really stood out about Keeyora was their Chrome extension and the quick transition from ATS to texting. Both of these features made our job much easier throughout the entire recruitment process.
